1. Using our store
By accessing or purchasing from this store you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate account and shipping information and to keep your login credentials secure.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order number. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — any amount paid will be refunded in full.
3. Shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000 and delivered within 5–7 business days. Express and overnight options are available at checkout for an additional charge. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary during sale periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns & refunds
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing inspection. Certain hygiene-sensitive categories may not be eligible for return.
5. Discount codes
Discount codes apply to the product subtotal, cannot be combined, and may carry minimum-order or expiry conditions. We may withdraw or modify promotional codes at any time.
6. Reviews & content
By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on the store. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, offensive, or promotional content. We may remove content that violates these rules.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
