1. What we collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and order history. If you create an account, your password is stored only as a salted bcrypt hash — we can never read it. Cart and wishlist contents are stored in your browser.

2. How we use it

Your information is used to process and deliver orders, maintain your account, respond to support requests, and show you your order history. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Payments

Card details entered at checkout are used only to process your payment and are never stored on our servers.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use a small number of functional cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data retention

Order records are retained for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting support; order records we are legally required to keep will be anonymized instead.

6. Your rights

You can view and update your profile from your account settings, and request a copy or deletion of your data by writing to store@ecombazaar.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will notify registered customers by email and update the date shown below.
